Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at:

support@bambooroll.org

within 14 days of receiving the product.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of products that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bambooroll.org with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return has been provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Used products, gift cards, and customized items are not eligible for return.
